Martina setup and leads the product design and product management practices at Pivotal Labs, London. She helps start-ups and enterprises establish more user-centred, lean and agile design practices and product innovation skills. In her practice she focuses on bringing together a balanced team of practitioners with a shared empathy for users, business, technology and design. She facilitates the cultural and organisational change required to collaborate more effectively to deliver better products and services. 

Martina writes for Elsevier and teaches user-centered design at the University of London. She holds a MA in Applied Imagination from Central Saint Martins, where she conducted research into methods for multi-disciplinary collaboration to support creativity and innovation.
