Adrienne Lai is a librarian, UX designer, project wrangler, and die-hard San Antonio Spurs basketball fan. She is currently the Web User Experience and Strategy Librarian at the University of Victoria. She has over eight years of UX experience in libraries and the public sector, and has previously held positions with the BC Provincial Government, the Vancouver Public Library, and North Carolina State University Libraries.
